As the Lead Website Developer & Digital Asset Specialist for Jay Manav Seva Parivar Trust, Nadiad and its division, Dikranu Ghar (Old Age Home), I oversaw and enhanced the organization's overall digital infrastructure to drive community engagement, streamline operational workflows, and support fundraising efforts.
• Full-Stack Web Development & Maintenance: Engineered and maintained responsive, user-centric web applications for JMSP Trust using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP to showcase ongoing projects, donation drives, and community events.
• Custom Admin Panel & Operations: Developed and managed a custom admin dashboard with complete CRUD functionality to manage Blogs/Articles, System Receipts, Book Receipts, Campaign Entries, Event Notices, Donor's Birthday Anniversaries, and Donor Database Records.
• Scalability & Performance: Optimized database queries and back-end logic to handle expanding donor data and higher traffic volumes seamlessly while maintaining data integrity and security.
• Tax Compliance & Digital Workflows: Collaborated on compliance processes to automate the generation and secure web-based delivery of official Form 10BE Tax Donation Certificates for donors under Income Tax Department guidelines.
• Graphic & Brand Design: Created unified brand assets, including official letterhead layouts, promotional banners, informational brochures, campaign media, and vector logo redesigns for the trust and its facilities.
